Chef Mike has been recognized as the finest gourmet chef in Riverside County. Five Temecula wineries including Oak Mountain Winery, Leonesse Winery, Danza Del Sol Winery, Lorimar Winery and the Temecula Wine Association use Mike as their caterer for fine dining. Temecula Catering was used as the chef for the VIPs at the Temecula Balloon and Wine Festival. Chef Mike has also been featured on TV with our local X Sports champions.  Today, we are even finding the executive chefs from the largest wineries calling Chef Mike to share his expertise in Sous Vide.
